Then join us in Brussels on the evening of May the 27th, just before the start of the EDF Info Days. The matchmaking will consist of several rounds of one-to-one matchmakings. Afterwards, there will be a buffet and ample opportunities to continue networking.

Are you active in the defence industry as an OEM, small or medium-sized enterprise or research organization? Are you a private or a public party? The German-Dutch matchmaking event is interesting for everyone! The evening programme will facilitate 5 physical separate matchmaking rounds where you will have the opportunity to already meet some of the interesting entities before the EDF Info Days.
The European Defence Fund
The EDF is a European research and innovation program for cutting edge defence research and development which spans from 2021 until 2027.
With this program the European Commission aims to:
- Improve cooperation and interoperability between member states;
- Reduce capability shortages within the EU; and
- Strengthen the defence-technological and industrial presence within the EU.
The EDF offers financial support at all stages of development: starting with research and ending with the development of prototypes and certification

The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Defence Industry and Space (DG DEFIS) is pleased to invite you to the EDF Info Days 2024, an information and networking event to present, among others, the EDF 2024 calls for proposals. The event will take place on 28-29 May 2024 in a hybrid format, both in-person in Brussels and online.
